1 Hizmet

Payly, grup ve kişisel harcamaları kaydetmeye ve hesaplaşmayı hesaplamaya yarayan bir web uygulamasıdır. Kişisel, erken aşama bir projedir.

2 "Olduğu gibi" sunum — garanti yok

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu ölçüde" sunulur. Kesintisiz çalışacağı, hatasız olacağı veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağı garanti edilmez. Kur verileri üçüncü taraf kaynaklardan (truncgil, TCMB) alınır; doğruluğu garanti edilmez, bilgilendirme amaçlıdır.

3 Sorumluluğun sınırlanması

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde işleten; hizmetin kullanımından ya da kullanılamamasından doğan veri kaybı, kâr kaybı, dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Verini düzenli dışa aktararak (menü → Dışa aktar) yedeklemek kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.

4 Değişiklik ve sonlandırma

İşleten, hizmeti ya da herhangi bir özelliğini önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya tamamen sonlandırabilir. Hesap erişimi gerekçe gösterilmeksizin ve her zaman kaldırılabilir.

5 Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Kullanıcı; hizmete saldırmamayı, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmamayı, otomatik araçlarla toplu erişim/veri çekme yapmamayı, hukuka aykırı içerik ya da başkasının kişisel verisini rızası olmadan girmemeyi kabul eder. Aksi davranış erişimin derhal kaldırılmasıyla sonuçlanır.

6 Kullanıcı içeriği

Girdiğin harcama ve sohbet verileri sana aittir. İşleten bu içeriği barındırır ancak içeriğinden sorumlu değildir. İşleten; kötüye kullanım, teknik zorunluluk ya da talep hâlinde hesapları, gezileri veya içeriği silebilir.

7 Toplanan veriler ve işlenme amacı (KVKK)

Toplanan veriler: kullanıcı adı; şifrenin geri döndürülemez özeti (parola asla düz metin saklanmaz); girdiğin harcamalar (tutar, tarih, kategori, katılanlar, açıklama); sohbet mesajları; bildirim açtıysan cihazının push abonelik anahtarı.

E-posta veya telefon numarası toplanmaz.

Hukuki sebep: verileriniz, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun 5. maddesinde yer alan "bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması" hukuki sebebine dayanılarak, yalnızca hizmetin sunulabilmesi amacıyla işlenir.
Saklama ve yurt dışına aktarım: veriler, Supabase altyapısı üzerinde ve fiziksel olarak Singapur'da (Southeast Asia) bulunan sunucularda tutulur. Bu, verinizin Türkiye dışına aktarılması anlamına gelir. Aktarım, kayıt sırasında ayrıca alınan açık rızanıza dayanır; rıza vermeden hesap oluşturulamaz. Üçüncü taraflara satılmaz veya pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Kur sorgularında üçüncü taraf kaynaklara kullanıcı verisi gönderilmez. Ayrıntılı metin: Veri Saklama Açık Rıza Metni.
Çerez / izleme: reklam veya izleme çerezi kullanılmaz; yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için tarayıcı yerel depolaması (localStorage) kullanılır.
Haklarınız: 6698 sayılı Kanun'un 11. maddesi uyarınca; verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde/yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik/yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. 8 Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

9 Koşullarda değişiklik

İşleten bu koşulları güncelleyebilir. Güncel metin bu adreste yayımlanır; değişiklikten sonra hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmek güncel koşulların kabulü anlamına gelir.

10 Telif

Yazılımın kendisi ayrı bir lisansla korunur — bkz. Lisans.

1 Service

Payly is a web application for recording group and personal expenses and computing settlements. It is a personal, early-stage project.

2 Provided "as is" — no warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. Exchange-rate data is retrieved from third-party sources (truncgil, the Central Bank of Türkiye); its accuracy is not guaranteed and it is informational only.

3 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service. Keeping backups by exporting your data (menu → Export) is the user's responsibility.

4 Changes and discontinuation

The operator may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the service or any feature without prior notice. Account access may be removed at any time without cause.

5 Acceptable use

You agree not to attack the service, attempt to bypass security measures, perform bulk/automated access or scraping, or enter unlawful content or another person's personal data without their consent. Violations result in immediate removal of access.

6 User content

The expense and chat data you enter belongs to you. The operator hosts this content but is not responsible for it. The operator may delete accounts, trips, or content in cases of misuse, technical necessity, or on request.

7 Data collected, purpose, and transfers (KVKK)

Collected: username; an irreversible hash of your password (passwords are never stored in plain text); the expenses you enter (amount, date, category, participants, description); chat messages; your device's push subscription key if you enable notifications.

No email or phone number is collected.

Legal basis: your data is processed solely to provide the service, on the legal basis set out in Article 5 of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) — namely, that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.
Storage and cross-border transfer: data is held on Supabase infrastructure, physically located on servers in Singapore (Southeast Asia). This means your data is transferred outside Türkiye. The transfer relies on the explicit consent obtained separately from you at sign-up; an account cannot be created without it. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. No user data is sent to third-party sources for exchange-rate lookups. Full text: Data Storage — Explicit Consent.
Cookies / tracking: no advertising or tracking cookies; only browser localStorage is used for the app to function.
Your rights: under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to at home or abroad, request correction if incomplete or incorrect, request deletion or destruction, and object to processing. To exercise these, write to erkinguler9191@gmail.com. A revoked account cannot access data.

8 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.

9 Changes to these terms

The operator may update these terms. The current text is published at this address; continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
